Spicy Sauteed Shrimps


INGREDIENTS (SERVINGS 4)

  • 3 medium onions chopped lengthwise
  • 25-30 medium size shrimps or prawns
  • 1 tbsp of ketchup
  • 2-3 tbsp of recheado masala
  • salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat a pan with some oil add the shrimps and saute them till lightly brown. Take off heat and keep aside.
  2. In the same pan add the onions and saute till light brown. Then add the recheado masala, ketchup and salt to taste. Saute for 2 more minutes then add the sautéed shrimps and mix it well.
